Our mission is to create consistently smooth coffee that fuels community and delivers a weekend vibe in every cup.
Smooth Coffee
We’re all about smooth. Weekend Coffee Roasters was founded with the unwavering belief and fierce dedication that smooth is simply the best way to enjoy coffee. Bitter is great – if you are radicchio. Acid is fine – if you are apple cider vinegar. Smooth coffee is why we get up every morning (some mornings, quite literally how we wake up.) ;o)
A Weekend vibe
Why do we love our coffee smooth? We believe smooth coffee creates a relaxing feeling, similar to how it feels on the weekend. Drinking smooth coffee produces peaceful energy (we've tested this multiple times with every roast of Weekend Coffee, and drinking Weekend Coffee does in fact generate positive energy!) When we are relaxed, we generate good energy, which is a catalyst to bring families, friends, neighbors and colleagues together in a sense of community and camaraderie. We want everyone to savor a “weekend vibe” – that comforting, warm, fully present, in-the-moment, not rushed feeling – whenever they drink Weekend Coffee, whatever day of the week that may be.

A great cup of coffee reflects its journey – from the people who grow the coffee beans, to the entire end-to-end processing, to how we roast our coffee. We encourage everyone to check out the amazing music we play when roasting (we do this to give the roasters a relaxing, weekend energy and to infuse good vibes into the coffee beans.) We pour care and love into every bag of Weekend Coffee - get ready to experience smooth!
